All reduced items regardless of the percentage are final, as this is our "End of an Era" sale. 

 

RETURN REQUESTS

For any return requests, please email enquiries@foxanddove.com.au quoting your order number and confirming if you are requesting a refund, exchange or store credit, as well as the reason.

If approved, please: 

  • Include your invoice / packing slip in the parcel
  • Keep a record of the tracking number upon sending as we don't take responsibility for any missing return parcels
  • Be sure to send this item back within our 7 day returns period in order for the return to be accepted

 For orders where shipping was free of charge, the below shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount. 

Australia: $12 will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount
International: $45 will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount

Orders placed using Afterpay are not eligible for refund, but store credit or exchange only. Please see our AfterPay page for further information. 

 

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Full-priced items are eligible for store credit, exchange or full refund within 7 days of receiving the order. Our 7 days return policy will be based off the delivery date of the order, so please provide this upon your request. 


ELIGIBILTY 

Orders eligible for a return must be sent back as new, at owner's expense and arrive within a 7 day period after approval. If the order is not received within this timeframe, the return will be cancelled & sent back to the customer at an additional charge.

Any sign of wear, or if the product is not returned as new, may affect the refund. If eligible for return, please allow 3-5 business days once we have received your order for processing. 

For hygiene reasons we don't accept returns on lingerie or earrings. All swim must be tried on while wearing undergarments and returned with hygiene strip in place and no signs of removal / alteration.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact us via email enquiries@foxanddove.com.au with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

All purchased item/s must be flagged with us within 7 days of receiving your order and must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. 

All item/s that are deemed faulty will need to be approved via the brand before any replacement/repairs/returns are issued so this is up to the discretion of each brand we carry. Refunds are only issued if the brand deem the product faulty.
