Earn points on all Fox purchased to move up through the tiers and earn exclusive discounts, vouchers and rewards.

You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases both in-store or online. You can earn additional points for completing that sit in our loyalty page.

Customers with existing accounts will automatically become a Fox loyalty member.

You will earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent online and in-store.

Excluding the value of any shipping, tax or duty fees within your order. You can also earn additional points by completing activities shown on your loyalty page. Points cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases.

Points are issued 21 days after placing your order and any returned items will result in points deducted.

All points for returned or cancelled items will be deducted from the customers account depending on the amount spent on the specific product/order.

Your points will renew every 12 months from the date your account is created. To ensure you remain in your tier or move up in the loyalty program you must meet the required point balance by the end of the 12 month period.

If you do not accrue the minimum points for your tier within 12 months, your status will downgrade to the below or appropriate tier.

To get started we have applied points to existing Fox customers accounts from September last year to date.
