In-store Return Policy
SWIM WEAR, EARRINGS & LINGERIE
For hygiene reasons we don't accept returns on lingerie or earrings. All swim must be tried on while wearing undergarments and returned with hygiene strip in place and no signs of removal / alteration.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Full-priced items are eligible for store credit, or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. Our 7 days return policy will be based off the purchase date of the order, so please provide this upon your request.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for return & are final sale. If items are returned despite this policy, they will not be approved and will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
FAULTY ITEMS
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact us via email enquiries@foxanddove.com.au with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
All purchased item/s must be flagged with us within 7 days of receiving your order and must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
All in store and online item/s that are deemed faulty will need to be approved via the brand before any replacement/repairs/returns are issued. Please note refunds are only issued if the brand deem the product faulty.
